Stephen Kuban
Founder & CEO
Stephen spent a decade in on-demand transit technology, in leading positions at both RideCo and The Routing Company. He works with AI at the practitioner level every day and teaches the same tools he uses in his own work, speaking and facilitating across North America. He was named to Mass Transit’s 40 Under 40 in 2025, serves on the TRB Standing Committee on Mobility of Older Persons and Individuals with Disabilities.
Dan Pasowisty
Director of Operations
Dan spent four years at TripSpark delivering transit software to public sector teams, which is where he learned how agency staff actually adopt (and stall in adopting) new technology. He designs and facilitates the KTS certification programs, coaches capstone teams and runs delivery across engagements. His background is in curriculum design and one-to-one coaching: the work that turns a training session into changed practice.
