Our vision

The widespread adoption of sustainable Accessible Transit Strategies across North America.

We envision a future where accessible public transit is cost-effective and socially valued. We embrace innovative approaches like the One Transit strategy, integrating traditional paratransit approaches with the sustainability of fixed-routes. By 2040, we seek for these principles to be recognized at every level of government in the United States and Canada.

Our mission

To empower transit leaders to effectively execute innovative Accessible Transit Strategies.

We believe that lasting change in public transit comes from empowering the leaders who are already working within the system, while recognizing that every leader faces unique challenges. Our role is to provide them with the knowledge, support, and tools they need to drive meaningful improvements from within their organizations.

Our values

Think big, yet be realistic.

We encourage pushing beyond conventional approaches. At the same time, we ground ourselves in practical realities, meeting people where they’re at are. This value guides us to pursue transformative solutions that can actually be implemented in the real world.

Deliver excellence, yet accelerate value.

Urgent transit challenges require rapid response, but never at the expense of quality. We prioritize finding breakthrough approaches that accomplish both speed and quality, always holding ourselves to the highest standards of execution.

Respect yourself, and respect others.

Whether internally or with our clients and partners, we create an environment where everyone can be their authentic selves. This means accepting ourselves and others as we are, embracing diverse perspectives, and seeing the person behind the title.
